Practical behaviour management strategies that help teachers regain control, confidence, and calm in their classrooms.

Teaching shouldn't feel like survival
Everyday, thousands of teachers walk into classrooms feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and questioning themselves.
Disruptions, defiance, and escalating behaviour can make even the most passionate educators feel like they're failing.
But the truth is, most teachers were never taught how to manage behaviour effectively.
Adamsense exists to change that.
We have created a CLEAR framework for calm classrooms. The CRACR model provides teachers with a practical, step-by-step approach to understanding and responding to behaviour in the classroom.
Instead of reacting emotionally to behaviour, teachers learn how to respond strategically and confidentally.
