Pilot School Programme

Become a CRACR Pilot School

The CRACR Pilot School Program is a collaborative initiative between Adamsense and Advancing Communities Australia, designed to explore how strengthening teachers' behaviour management capability can positively impact teacher confidence, classroom consistency and wellbeing.

Managing challenging classroom behaviour is a significant source of stress for many teachers. CRACR provides practical, realistic strategies that help teachers respond to behaviour with greater confidence and consistency while building positive relationships with students.

Importantly, CRACR is not another behaviour framework. It is designed to complement existing whole-school approaches, including PBL, by helping bridge the gap between school behaviour expectations and the everyday realities teachers face in their classrooms.

Selected pilot schools will implement CRACR with either a small group of teachers or through a broader school approach. Schools will receive CRACR resources, implementation support, practical behaviour tools and evaluation materials to monitor progress and impact.

Participation has been intentionally designed to be flexible, practical and not overly time-intensive for teachers or school leadership.

Through the pilot, we aim to gather meaningful real-world feedback and data while supporting schools to build teacher capability, confidence and consistency.

Because behaviour management shouldn't sit on the shoulders of individual teachers. It's a team sport.
