Michele Adamson is a senior teacher and behaviour specialist with over 20 years of experience. She has worked alongside psychologists supporting teachers managing complex behaviours and is the creator of the CRACR model.

Through Adamsense, Michele delivers workshops, keynote presentations and consultancy, helping schools create calm, consistent and supportive learning environments.
